Today's walk took us along the river on a winding new pathway laced with lush plantings. The river is very low but still provided a great float for several water birds who were enjoying an effortless journey downstream.
There are many simple homes for locals along the river that are slowly being replaced by condo buildings and more expensive dwellings. In a few years the area will be entirely upscale. Meanwhile it is still possible to find a donkey waiting for his owner on the river bank.
Back in town we walked by a simple line drawn mural on the end of a new condo complex.
This town is rich with creative murals and mosaics!
