We said goodbye to more friends last night as they prepared to leave on the ferry this morning, the first boat to sail from here since last Thursday. The Seamen's strike ended yesterday afternoon. The markets were overflowing with produce again this morning as villagers rushed to buy fruit and veggies that had been unavailable for the past week.
A ring around the sun this morning is an indication of a weather change. I enjoyed a chilly swim at Agia Anna before taking John down to the gym in Katapola. It is pleasantly warm!
